Marketing Specialist

Duration 6 Months Contract (Possible Extension) Responsibilities Develop and implement sales enablement content to support business line goals. Produce branded and compliant sales collateral in collaboration with agencies and cross-functional teams. Coordinate, develop, and execute content that supports sales efforts. Ensure all content adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and bank policies. Collaborate with leadership teams to provide solutions and problem‑solve for business line objectives. Requirements Five or more years of experience with sales content development. Experience in financial services, preferably payments or investment services. Writing experience, preferably with sales collateral. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Six or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results. Preferred Experience Ability to lead projects and provide data‑driven, customer‑centric marketing solutions. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and complete them on time and within budget. Ability to collaborate with research teams and adapt strategies based on research findings and campaign results. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and team‑building skills. Skills Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills. Proficient in various software packages. MBA or equivalent high achievement markers are a plus. Compensation and Benefits The hourly pay rate range for this position is $0.00 to $41/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
