Talent Acquisition Director

Overseeing staffing operations and programs, the full-time salaried Talent Acquisition Director will direct all recruiting activities and operational processes while ensuring compliance with regulations in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Develops and manages metrics to measure recruitment process effectiveness and implements departmental policies Ensures compliance with applicant tracking, interviewing, and hiring requirements while holding all parties accountable Leverages technology and seeks out best practices for operational excellence in staffing initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of 10 years of full lifecycle staffing or recruiting experience Preferred certifications include Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Strong knowledge of HR concepts with an emphasis on staffing processes and employment law Proficient in using HRIS and applicant tracking system (ATS) applications
