Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs and developing tailored treatment plans.
• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other modalities suited to diverse client backgrounds.
• Facilitating group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops to address common mental health issues, fostering a sense of community among participants.
• Providing crisis intervention during emergencies, offering immediate support and guidance as needed.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists to ensure holistic and integrated care for all clients.
• Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring patient confidentiality.
• Participating in regular case consultations and team meetings, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Staying current with mental health research and best practices to enhance therapeutic effectiveness and patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and substance use disorders. The clients you serve will range from adolescents to adults, fostering an enriching and varied therapeutic experience. This role directly influences clients' lives by equipping them with coping strategies and tools necessary for recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications

The ideal candidates will possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.
• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment strategies.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting comprehensive assessments and developing effective therapeutic plans.

Preferred Experience

We prefer candidates who have:

• At least two years of clinical experience providing individual and group therapy.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage client documentation efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and the ability to engage with diverse patient backgrounds.
• A strong understanding of ethical boundaries and professional conduct in clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits

Successful candidates will receive a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
