Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their needs and create effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using customized therapeutic modalities that align with each client's unique circumstances and goals.
• Establish measurable therapeutic objectives and consistently evaluate client progress to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Utilize teletherapy tools to deliver virtual sessions, accommodating clients who have accessibility challenges or prefer remote services.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and collaboration in care.
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to ongoing professional development initiatives, enhancing both personal and organizational growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Proven capabilities in organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle caseloads.

Preferred Experience
