At Joseph Airport Hyundai , we need to hire an experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our sales team. The types of candidates we are looking for are self-motivated people with personal drive to take their career to the next level. We have plenty of lenders and plenty of ups and opportunities!
Joseph Airport Hyundai provides on-going professional training for our Sales Consultants to maximize their sales and closing skills.

Responsibilities - Sales Consultant:
- Greet customers coming in to the showroom and establish rapport
- Communicate to discern the best vehicle for customer’s needs and budget
- Demonstrate characteristics, capabilities and features of the vehicles
- Provide professional product demonstrations and accompany on test drives, and close the deal
- Respond promptly to internet customers
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services
- Set appointments for customers to visit the store for test drives and presentations.
- Utilize Social Channels to communicate with prospects and customers
- Utilize Data Mining tools to attract new opportunities
- Entice the online and phone prospects to visit the store and buy a car!
Qualifications/Requirements - Sales Consultant:
- Previous auto sales is required
- Superior customer service skills
- Must be results-driven with the ability to thrive in a competitive, team-based environment.
- Outstanding communication skills
- Extremely organized
- Great attitude with a high-energy personality
- Must have outstanding phone skills and follow up

- Must have good driving record
