Familial Service Advisors
Familial Service Advisors provide care and compassion to families while educating and guiding them through the process of making informed decisions for cemetery planning products and services. Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for meeting with families and following the SFC Method processes and procedures for cemetery needs services.
- Educate families about the cemetery needs process and burial options, and guide them in making informed decisions to select a cemetery property.
- Educate families about the advance planning process and guide them in selecting a cemetery property.
- Conduct a needs assessment to identify the desires, needs, and preferences of families.
- Complete the process to finalize a contract.
- Communicate and coordinate with other staff as needed.
Position Requirements:
- Understanding of Christian Funeral Order
- Knowledge of processes, principles, and methods for selling products and services.
- Record of achievements in networking, developing potential clients, contact with referrals, scheduling appointments, and meeting monthly sales objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work and make decisions under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Proficient in the use of computers, software, and technology.
- Preferably bilingual.
- Valid drivers license.
Salary: $9.50/hour + Commission Benefits: vacation leave, sick leave, medical plan, retirement plan.
