Test Technician

Our client, Bloom Energy, is seeking a Test Technician to join their team. As a Test Technician, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting the manufacturing and development teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization. "BEJOBS"

Job Title: Test Technician

Location: Fremont, CA

Pay Range: $28-$30/hour

Shift: 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Prepare samples for microscopy and other measurements
• Support workload in other characterization techniques as needed
• Document procedures of all process steps involved in sample collection, sample tracking, and sample processing
• Maintain equipment upkeep and daily maintenance as needed
• Design and implement fixtures for sample handling as needed

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• 3-5 years' experience in a high-capacity manufacturing or development setting
• Experience with automated equipment operation; not required but preferred
• Good attendance, shows initiative, responsible follow-through, and willingness to collaborate
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication
