We are actively looking for an Administrative Support Specialist to join our retirement plan benefits team. This role would serve as a contact for our plan vendors and third-party administrators, and also prepare necessary reports and documents for the plans. Under management guidance, this role would be responsible for the daily maintenance tasks associated with the plans. What You'll Do: Serve as a contact for plan vendors and third-party administrators Upload 401(k) contributions on a per payroll basis Prepare quarterly Fi360 reports Prepare employee reporting necessary for annual compliance testing Process participant documents and requests such as enrollment forms, loans, and distributions.
