If you're passionate about technology, sustainability, and global collaboration — you'll feel right at home with us.Primary Job ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate extrusion machines according to job specifications and safety standardsMonitor machine operations to ensure consistent quality and outputAdjust machine settings (e.g., speed, temperature, pressure) to maintain optimal production conditionsMake repairs to equipment when necessary and replace all broken and/or worn componentsPerform routine quality checks and inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gaugesRecord production data and complete shift logs accuratelyLoad raw materials and monitor material feedFollow all safety procedures and report any safety problems to the Production Manager immediatelyCommitment to our continuous improvement and safety initiativesIdentify, label, weigh and dispose of scrapClean and maintain machines and work area to ensure operational efficiencyCollaborate with maintenance and quality control teams as neededFulfills the role as required in the documented quality system manual, directives and work instructionIdentify and resolve basic machine malfunctions or deviationPerform all other duties as assignedLive our Core Values
