This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew. You will be in charge of making schedules, ordering product, training team members and hiring. A profit share bonus is awarded to GM's based off controlling costs within goals. Qualifications At least 18 years or older Preferred 1 year of restaurant management experience Must be able to work weekend nights Benefits Employee Discounts Paid Training Perfect job for students or extra hours after another job Pay Salary plus bonus.
