Duration: 3 months, with intention to extend to 6+ months and potential Fulltime conversion
Work Model: Hybrid – Tuesday through Thursday onsite; Monday & Friday WFH
Training: First month – 5 days/week onsite
Interview: 2 rounds – MS Teams video interview followed by an in-person interview
Role Overview
Seeking a Bilingual Spanish Sales/Customer Service professional to support customer lead triage, qualification, and referral management. This role will contact customers, confirm business needs, qualify leads, and coordinate handoffs to dedicated Sales Consultants.
The ideal candidate has strong sales, outbound calling, customer service, pipeline management, and CRM experience .
Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers to confirm business needs and qualify leads.
• Manage incoming referrals and maintain an accurate customer pipeline.
• Route qualified leads to appropriate Sales Consultants.
• Schedule customer calls and coordinate sales handoffs.
• Track contact attempts, callbacks, referrals, and customer status.
• Maintain detailed and accurate notes within CRM systems.
• Follow up with customers regarding documentation and required actions.
• Support contract validation and underwriting-related processes.
• Handle inbound customer calls as needed.
• Participate in pilot feedback sessions and provide process improvement insights.
• Maintain accurate manual tracking and status reporting.

Pay Range: $21 - $23

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
