Position OverviewWe are hiring Sales Representatives who can generate opportunities, build trust quickly, and drive results in the field.
This is a full-cycle sales role where you’ll prospect neighborhoods, identify roofing needs, and guide homeowners through the process — from first conversation to signed contract.
This position may require some evening work.
What You’ll Do- Prospect targeted areas through door-to-door canvassing
- Identify roofing needs through inspections and homeowner conversations
- Educate customers on solutions, materials, and project scope
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Build strong relationships and maintain follow-up pipelines
- Represent Summit Solutions with professionalism and integrity
Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
Able to carry ladders and climb on & off roofs
Confident communicator with strong objection-handling skills
