The SSAC team is a group of talented professionals who are committed to creating the highest quality learning environment for our clients and families.Our Service Areas Include: Braintree, Milton, Quincy, Randolph, Whitman, Abington, Bridgewater, East Bridgewater, West Bridgewater, Brockton, Easton, Avon, Stoughton, Holbrook, Rockland, Hanson, Halifax, Weymouth, Cohasset, Hingham, Hull, Scituate, Norwell, Hanover, Marshfield, Pembroke, Kingston, Duxbury, Carver, Plympton, Plymouth, and all of Cape and the Islands.Position SummaryAn SSAC Behavior Analyst demonstrates strong clinical skills, commitment to supervising a team of behavior therapists, and excellent communication with parents, supervisors, and supervisees. Maintains a caseload of clients as determined by the Clinical or Executive Director and carries out all clinical services for each client. Collaborates with other BCBAs and the Clinical Director of the Program and supervises all Behavior Therapists who work with their clients.Demonstrates leadership providing insight and contributions to ensure the company's mission and values infuse the daily operations and ongoing success of the Program.Essential Job Functions/ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Client-specific oversight, initial assessment, treatment plan writing, reassessments, gather and maintain session schedule, caseload supervision/managementSupervise Behavior TherapistsMonitor dataWrite, modify, train on programsServe as the main point of contact for each family; communicate with parents: daily/weekly updates, progress, concernsFacilitate client transition to new team when clinically appropriateProvide school consultationCollaborate with other providers/professionals, provide individual parent training, and group parent trainingProvide leadership, train new Behavior Therapists, provide mentorship to other BCBA's in programCollaborate with Clinical or Executive Director for program-wide needs.
