Telecom Customer Success Coordinator

Unity Communications is seeking a Telecom Customer Success Coordinator to support business wireless operations across U.S. telecom carriers.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and efficiency are essential.

Responsibilities include:

• Processing new wireless activations, upgrades, and account modifications.
• Supporting telecom sales teams with customer account setup and order processing.
• Managing device orders, exchanges, returns, and customer requests.
• Handling billing inquiries and customer escalations.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and service tickets.
• Ensuring all tasks are completed within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications include:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 12 years of experience in Order Processing, Customer Service, Telecom Support, or related roles.
• Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
