Direct Support Professional (DSP) This isn't just a job; it's a chance to be part of someone's journey. Every day is different, and every day counts. As a Direct Support Professional at NCFL, you'll:

- Support independence through daily living activities (medication administration, meal preparation, hygiene assistance, cleaning tasks, transportation, documentation).

- Residential group homes located in Bergen County (NJ)
- $25.00/hour (Evening, overnight, and weekend day shifts)
- $27.00/hour (Part-time Weekend Only shifts)
- Earn up to $37.50/hour for overtime! Dependent on your regular hourly rate.
- Valid driver's license (must be non-provisional, non-probationary, and in good standing)
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass background checks and a drug screening
- Willingness to transport clients in company vehicles to programs, appointments, and outings
- A caring attitude and ability to assist with daily living activities
