Benefits Analyst: Open Enrollment & Data Insights

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Benefits Analyst to support the administration and optimization of our employee benefits programs. This role is ideal for either a recent graduate with HR internship experience or an early-career benefits professional with 1–3 years of experience looking to deepen their expertise. You will play a key role in managing benefit plans, supporting open enrollment, partnering with vendors, and delivering a high-quality employee experience. Key Responsibilities Administer and support employee benefit programs including: Health Savings Accounts (HSA) Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Serve as a primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries, providing timely and accurate guidance Assist with open enrollment , including planning, communications, system updates, and employee support Manage relationships with external vendors, brokers, and plan administrators to ensure smooth operations Reconcile and process benefits billing and invoices , ensuring accuracy and timely payments Maintain benefits data in HRIS systems and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations Support audits, reporting, and documentation related to benefits programs Identify opportunities to improve processes, employee experience, and operational efficiency Qualifications Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field OR equivalent experience 0–3 years of experience in HR, Benefits, or a related field Relevant internship experience will be considered Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working with benefits programs (HSA, FSA, 401(k), health & welfare plans) Exposure to HRIS systems (Workday, ADP, or similar) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information #J-18808-Ljbffr Frazer Jones
