$70k-$110k base + commission + vehicle allowance
OTE: $125k-$140k+
Are you a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and growing a territory from the ground up?
A leading construction services contractor is looking for a Business Development Representative to help expand its presence across the Fort Worth market.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a territory, generate new business, and play a key role in driving the company's growth strategy.
What You'll Be Doing:
Generate new business through networking, prospecting, cold calling, and face-to-face meetings
Build relationships with:
- Property Management Companies
- Multifamily Operators
- Commercial Property Owners
- Retail & Shopping Center Owners
- General Contractors
- Facility Managers
Identify project opportunities involving:
- Concrete Repairs
- Parking Lot Repairs
- Pavement Maintenance
- Striping Projects
- Site Improvements
Manage opportunities from first contact through project award
Work closely with leadership and operations teams to develop proposals and win work
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
