Build and Grow Our Digital Sales Business

Parrish Tire Company is seeking an E-Commerce Business Manager to lead Parrish Tire Direct and grow our online sales channels. This role will manage our established eBay business, evaluate expansion to marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart.com, and help develop a direct-to-consumer website. The manager will combine commercial judgment, marketplace expertise, data analysis, and operational follow-through to grow sales profitably and deliver a strong customer experience.

What You Will Do

• Own the strategy and day-to-day performance of Parrish Tire Direct across approved online marketplaces.
• Analyze sales, pricing, margin, advertising, fees, returns, freight, and customer trends to improve profitable growth.
• Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, availability, and marketplace account health.
• Identify growth opportunities through competitive research, price modeling, testing, and market analysis.
• Partner with merchandising on product assortment, inventory strategy, and e-commerce demand planning.
• Coordinate with our distribution-center network to fill orders accurately and control freight expense.
• Manage relationships with marketplace representatives, technology vendors, and freight suppliers.
• Oversee customer inquiries, returns, adjustments, disputes, and service-recovery processes.
• Build useful reporting and dashboards for revenue, margin, advertising return, inventory, fulfillment, and customer experience.
• Lead development of a direct-to-consumer website that supports repeat purchases and long-term channel growth.
• Manage and develop customer-experience or e-commerce team members as the business expands.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, analytics, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Four or more years of experience in e-commerce, retail, marketplace management, account management, consulting, business strategy, or a related field.
• Experience with direct-to-consumer or wholesale e-commerce accounts.
• A record of using business data to make decisions and improve results.
• Strong project-management, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Comfort working independently, setting priorities, and solving problems in a changing environment.
• Strong spreadsheet and reporting skills.

Experience That Will Set You Apart

• eBay seller-account management, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, or similar marketplace experience.
• Experience with digital advertising, marketplace promotions, product feeds, listing optimization, or e-commerce analytics.
• Experience launching or managing a direct-to-consumer website.
• Tire, automotive, distribution, transportation, or multi-location business experience.
• Previous leadership or team-development experience.
