Paul Davis NC is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Reconstruction Business Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restoration and reconstruction operations within the company. This role involves managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality standards, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the restoration industry.

Key responsibilities include leading, coaching, and developing reconstruction team members to meet best in class results, establishing and maintaining a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and high morale while driving performance and schedule deadlines, building relationships based on trust, active listening, and leading a team for successful project outcomes, developing project plans, timelines, and budgets; ensuring adherence to these plans, confirming budget and work orders before the start of the project, reviewing job progress weekly via GS&R. Monitoring project costs and ensuring profitability, conducting site audits and customer follow-ups to ensure brand standard is being met, ensuring all operations comply with OSHA regulations and company safety policies, conducting regular team meetings to ensure clear communication of goals, expectations, and project updates, proactively addressing job site issues to avoid schedule delays, and constantly expanding subs base for improved capacity and quality and customer satisfaction.

Other responsibilities include contributing and expanding the growth within the Northwest North Carolina area, gap filling when the department is short staffed due to termination, demand expansion and/or short falls, 20/80 split field to office work required, team leadership and development skills, focus on continuous learning, strong planning and organizational abilities, excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, proficient in creating the project financials and calculations, passion for serving customers in their time of need.

Qualifications include five years of project management experience in construction (restoration industry preferred), proven track record of successful project management and team leadership, experience with insurance restoration projects is highly desirable, strong leadership and team-building skills, excellent project management and organizational abilities, financial acumen and experience managing budgets, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite, self-motivated, ability to work independently and collaboratively, customer and stakeholder oriented, thrives in high-performance environments, strong work ethic and service mindset.

Working conditions and physical requirements include being flexible to work in various indoor and outdoor weather, use of personal protective equipment, standing, walking, occasional bending, squatting, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Hours/week: Full-time, 40+ hours.
