Client Our client, a highly regarded Am Law, is seeking a corporate securities/capital markets lawyer to join its Chicago headquarters as a mid-level associate. This practice group provides comprehensive capital markets and securities law counseling and represents organizations in all phases of the capital-raising process, from private placements, initial public offerings and secondary offerings to recapitalization and going-private transactions.
