Are you a master of scheduling with a heart for people? We are looking for a proactive, organized, and friendly Staff Scheduler to join our team during the 3 PM – 12 AM EST shift. In this role, you are the "bridge" that ensures tomorrow runs smoothly. You aren't just moving names on a spreadsheet; you are strategically connecting the right people to the right opportunities to ensure our clients are always covered.

What You'll Do (The Strategy & The People):

• The Strategic Matchmaker: You will manage the daily scheduling and placement of our field team. You'll get to know our staff's strengths and preferences to ensure every placement is a "win" for both the employee and the client.

• Problem-Solving Logistics: You will proactively manage incoming requests and coverage gaps. You'll use your "logistical chess" skills to maximize efficiency and ensure 100% fulfillment for the following day.

• Relationship Management: You'll be the primary point of contact during the evening hours. You'll check in with staff after their shifts, gather feedback, and ensure they feel supported and valued.

• The Evening Anchor: You'll handle any last-minute cancellations or changes with a calm, "can-do" attitude, ensuring all issues are resolved before the end of your shift.

Maximizing Your Impact (Additional Key Tasks):

To keep our operations world-class, you will also lead these vital areas during the quieter evening hours:

• Retention & Engagement: Conduct "success calls" with our field staff to build loyalty and ensure they are happy in their current roles.

• Compliance & Quality Control: Perform routine audits on staff credentials and paperwork to ensure everyone in our active pool is 100% compliant and ready for work.

• Talent Sourcing: Use your downtime to identify and reach out to potential new candidates, helping us keep our talent bench deep and ready.

• The "Shift Sync": Prepare a comprehensive handover report for the morning team, detailing the "wins" of the night and highlighting any areas that need attention at daybreak.
