Human Resources Manager

Human Resources Manager I’m partnering with a growing organization to identify a Human Resources Manager who can own both the strategic and day‑to‑day HR function. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a hands‑on environment and enjoys building structure while partnering closely with leadership. What you’ll be doing Lead all core HR functions including employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals. Oversee benefits administration, payroll processes, and HR operations. Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives. Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices. Coach and support managers on people‑related matters. What we’re looking for 7+ years of progressive HR experience. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance. Experience managing multiple HR functions (benefits, payroll, employee relations, etc.). Ability to operate both strategically and tactically. Prior leadership or team management experience preferred. Work Schedule Onsite Compensation $100,000 – $125,000 per year. Benefits Medical, dental, vision.
