Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support access awareness throughout the property. Pay Rate: $21.25 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the property, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor building access points, observe contractor and visitor activity, and support property rules and after-hours protocols in accordance with site expectations.
• Communicate with property management, tenants, and/or first responders as needed regarding alarms, maintenance-related concerns, and other security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience is required.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
