Responsibilities: Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities for clients. Monitor and report changes in clients' health and well-being. Assist with mobility and physical exercises as directed by a healthcare professional. Help clients with meal preparation and nutritional needs. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Document care provided and maintain accurate records. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members. Adhere to all policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety. Requirements: Valid certification as a Home Health Aide, Certified Nursing Assistant, or Personal Care Assistant. Experience in providing personal care services is preferred. Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Must pass background checks and drug screenings. Willingness to learn and adapt to clients' needs.
