Campus Talent Sourcer for Early-Career Roles

Towne Park

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to build a proactive campus and early-career talent pipeline across channels. You will engage with colleges, student organizations, and internal partners to ensure a continuous flow of strong candidates for current and future roles.

In this role you will develop relationships with career centers, manage CRM and ATS workflows, and represent Towne's culture at campus events.
