Open Roles 5 Founding AE, High Tech We're hiring a Founding Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for a portfolio of high tech accounts. You'll sell our agent-first approach to Salesforce delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data 360, Agentforce, and Marketing Cloud, taking a builder's seat to help define a new category and grow with the company. Requirements Five or more years of quota-carrying experience selling software, SaaS, or professional services, ideally within the Salesforce ecosystem A track record of consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets Experience selling into high tech companies and comfort speaking the language of technology buyers Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and the value of systems integration and services Ability to run a consultative, value-based sales motion with senior stakeholders Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills A self-starter mindset and the resilience to thrive in a fast-moving, early-stage environment Nice to have Direct experience selling Salesforce implementation or consulting services Familiarity with one or more of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data 360, Agentforce, or Marketing Cloud Familiarity with agentic AI or other emerging AI solutions An existing network within the high tech industry or the Salesforce partner community Experience working at or with a Salesforce systems integrator Member of Technical Staff We're hiring a Member of Technical Staff to help build and scale our AI-powered enterprise platform. You'll work across the stack, from UI to backend services, alongside our founding team. Requirements 5+ years of professional software engineering experience Strong proficiency with React and modern frontend frameworks Experience with backend frameworks (Node.js, Python, etc.) Understanding of system design principles and distributed systems Familiarity with RESTful APIs and database design Interest in agent loops and harness engineering Highly motivated, self-starter mentality Salesforce Architect We're hiring a Salesforce Architect to design and lead the platform integrations behind our enterprise automation. You'll define the architecture for how our AI agents connect to Salesforce, partnering closely with engineering and our customers' RevOps teams. Requirements 7+ years working with the Salesforce platform, with experience as an architect Deep knowledge of Apex, Lightning, Flows, and the Salesforce data model Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification required Additional certifications such as Platform Developer II or Integration Architect are a strong plus Hands-on experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud Familiarity with Marketing Cloud and Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud) is a plus Experience designing integrations between Salesforce and external systems via APIs Strong understanding of enterprise security, sharing, and governance models Highly motivated, comfortable operating with minimal oversight Security Engineer We're hiring our first dedicated Security Engineer to own the technical controls behind SOC 2 Type 1 and Type 2 compliance. You'll cover cloud and application security through incident response, and work closely with engineering to ship securely. Requirements 3+ years in a security engineering role, preferably at a SaaS company Hands-on experience with cloud security (AWS or GCP) and Kubernetes Comfortable with IaC tools (Terraform) and scripting (Python or Go) Experience implementing controls for SOC 2 or a comparable framework Highly motivated, able to operate with minimal oversight Security & Compliance Specialist We're hiring a Security & Compliance Specialist for a 6 to 9 month engagement to lead Everant AI's SOC 2 readiness effort. You'll own policy development, evidence collection, and auditor coordination, building the GRC foundation from scratch. Requirements 5+ years in GRC, compliance, or audit management, ideally at a B2B SaaS startup Must have taken a company through SOC 2 from readiness to final report Strong writer, able to produce clear, auditable policy documents Familiarity with compliance platforms like Vanta or Secureframe CISSP, CISM, or CISA certification is a plus Everant AI is an equal opportunity employer.
