About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Clinical Data Management to lead a team of data managers and technology experts in the acquisition and quality of clinical trial data. This role is pivotal in setting the vision for clinical data management, providing operational, strategic, and technical direction, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality data throughout the clinical trial process. The successful candidate will be responsible for all clinical data management activities, from study startup to closeout, and will be a key strategic partner within the organization. The role requires a leader with a deep understanding of GCP and GCDMP, experience in various clinical data management delivery models, and a proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams. Candidates for this position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 12 years' of experience in a clinical data management leadership role within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. Proficiency in clinical data management-related technology and experience with industry best practices is essential. The ideal candidate will also have a solid understanding of regulatory guidance, the ability to communicate complex issues clearly, and a strategic, creative approach to drug development. Leadership acumen, including emotional intelligence and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization, is highly valued.
