About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in defining and executing the financial strategy that will support the organization's growth and success. The CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for financial planning and analysis, accounting operations, and business performance management. This includes leading the annual strategic and long-range financial planning, evaluating investment opportunities, and developing financial models to support strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will also be tasked with transforming the finance function into a strategic business partner, providing timely insights, and supporting executive decision-making. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a proven track record of partnering with executive leadership, a strong background in financial planning and analysis, and a deep understanding of business drivers and performance management. The role requires the ability to lead administrative functions, including human resources and contract administration, and to influence across departments. Experience in a project-based organization and a preference for those with a CPA and experience in high-growth or privately owned companies. The CFO will be expected to have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA being strongly preferred, and at least 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience.
