Behavior Technician

As a Behavior Technician, you'll be part of a dedicated team that believes in fostering a supportive and joyful environment. You'll work closely with Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Board Certified Behavior Analysts in a collaborative setting that encourages sharing ideas and celebrating successes. Our focus is on early intervention, and we provide the training and mentorship necessary to grow your skills and confidence. Responsibilities Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Board Certified Behavior Analysts in a collaborative, early-intervention setting. Contribute to a supportive, innovative team environment and share ideas to celebrate successes. Participate in training and mentorship programs to grow skills and confidence. Schedule and Benefits Daytime hours only (no evenings or weekends) to support a healthy work-life balance. We provide a dynamic team environment with opportunities for growth and career advancement.
