Talent Events & Recruitment Logistics Coordinator
Dexian
Dexian is seeking a 6-month contract role to orchestrate logistics for virtual and in-person events, including breakout rooms on Zoom and travel reimbursements. You will manage RSVPs, book rooms and AV services, and prepare materials for interview processes. You’ll build interview schedules in Excel, prepare resume bundles, and maintain accurate data in the ATS while supporting the team with ad-hoc projects as needed.
