We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join an on-site team in Sanford, Florida in a Contract to Permanent position. This role focuses on supporting customers with product selection, order-related questions, account setup, and issue resolution in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, a service-first mindset, and the ability to manage both inbound and outbound customer interactions with accuracy and care.

Responsibilities:
• Guide customers toward suitable products by applying detailed knowledge of available items and their business uses.
• Set up new customer profiles and maintain accurate records within company systems while preparing pricing and estimate information.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain current pricing and support requests involving standard and special-order products.
• Address concerns related to shipments, product performance, and service issues, and drive prompt resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Review customer demand and special-order activity to suggest updates to the product mix offered at the facility.
• Escalate inventory count concerns and quantity variances to the appropriate supervisor for follow-up.
• Assist with company promotions by supporting product awareness, sales efforts, merchandising needs, and related customer communication.
• Prepare and return special-order quotations within required turnaround times established by management.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications, including order entry and general service support, in a thorough and timely manner.• At least 3 years of customer service experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a customer-facing support role.
• Background in order entry and maintaining accurate customer and order information.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve service, delivery, and product-related issues efficiently.
• Comfortable working on site Monday through Friday in Sanford, Florida.
• Proficiency with computer-based systems used for account management, pricing, and quoting.
