About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Vice President of People & Culture to play a pivotal role in the development and execution of an enterprise-wide people strategy. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for building leadership capability, organizational culture, and a talent engine that supports the company's growth. This executive will serve as a trusted advisor on a range of organizational matters, from strategy to culture, and will lead initiatives to ensure the people strategy aligns with business objectives. Essential responsibilities include enterprise leadership, talent acquisition, and leadership development, as well as championing an exceptional associate experience and driving organizational change. To be considered for this role, candidates must be servant leaders with over 15 years of progressive executive HR leadership experience, particularly in multi-unit hospitality. The role requires a visionary individual with a proven track record in enterprise talent acquisition, executive recruiting, and leadership development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting large, geographically dispersed workforces and experience in partnering with executive teams on strategic business initiatives. Success in the first 24 months will be measured by the ability to modernize the recruitment strategy, develop a best-in-class leadership platform, and strengthen the company's culture of servant leadership while enhancing organizational performance. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree and/or executive HR certification preferred.
