$125,000 - $189,000 yearly

• Attend weekly coaching sessions to sharpen your skills and enhance your confidence.
• Set appointments for buyers and sellers, building your pipeline as you grow.
• Cultivate strong client relationships through phone, email, and structured follow-up systems.
• Manage your CRM effectively, tracking progress toward personal and team goals.
• Participate actively in team meetings, contributing to a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Stay informed about market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate information.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or sales roles is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
• Proven track record of being self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to team goals.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Willingness to attend regular coaching sessions and implement feedback for growth.
