Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a difference supporting students by lending your expertise as a Special Education Teacher for grades 5-8 on a full-time contractual basis. This role centers on delivering impactful instruction and ensuring exceptional case management, focused on both individualized learning plans and collaborative support.

Key Qualifications:

• Current 282 Certification is required
• Experience working with students in grades 5-8
• Proven skills in case management and special education compliance
• Comfortable conducting academic evaluations, classroom observations, and overseeing service delivery
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with staff, students, and families
• Proficient with remote tools; able to work virtually with availability for occasional in-person visits as needed

Core Responsibilities:

• Serve as the case manager for 13 Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 6 Individualized Service Plans (ISPs)
• Conduct academic evaluations and monitor student progress, both virtually and during in-person school visits
• Perform classroom observations to ensure that specially designed instruction (SDI) is delivered with fidelity
• Collaborate closely with general educators, administrators, and related service providers to align services with student needs
• Facilitate IEP and ISP meetings, develop student goals, and manage ongoing compliance documentation
• Engage regularly with families to provide updates, resources, and support for student success
