Warehouse Distribution Center Associate

This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.

Shift Details: Sunday-Thursday, 6pm - completion

Pay starting at $19.00 (Hourly) with potential for up to $24.20 (Hourly) based on a variety of earning opportunities including shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.

Supports warehouse activities across receiving, storage, order preparation, and shipment handling to enable accurate inventory flow and timely distribution. Handles packaging materials, shipment assets, and temperature-sensitive products to help maintain product integrity and operational readiness. Records inventory movements and shipment transactions to support traceability, control, and documentation requirements. Coordinates routine warehouse flow activities to sustain organized material handling and consistent execution.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sweeping and mopping the floors in the warehouse, keeping the warehouse premises in a clean and orderly condition.
• Regularly empties and replaces all trash bags and receptacles in the warehouse.
• Moves trash from trash conveyor to trash compactor.
• Assists with Maintenance-related responsibilities as assigned by the Systems Manager.
• Responsible for picking up garbage around the outside of the Distribution Center.
• Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and DEA regulations.
• Must be able to work overtime when necessary and participate in physical inventory.
• Performs related duties as assigned.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Important Skills:

• Able to work in climate-controlled facility.
• Ability to read and understand the English language
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards.
• Motivated, hard-working and dependable; attendance and punctuality are very important.
• Able to work the shift hours listed above, plus overtime. (Overtime in most Distribution Centers is mandatory to enable real-time delivery)
• Able to perform repetitive and manual tasks on a consistent basis.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively; products vary in weight and size
• Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift (steps vary by role and shift)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time

Nice to have:

• Warehouse or Distribution experience preferred (1 year or less)
• Able to work with RF scanning equipment
