Talent Acquisition Partner, Operations

Job Overview The Talent Acquisition Partner at Watts Water leads the full‑cycle recruitment of hourly operations and salary positions. The role supports business units across the organization, develops local recruiting plans, and builds sourcing networks. This hybrid position is based in North Andover, MA. Primary Responsibilities Champion end‑to‑end recruitment for hourly and salaried roles. Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and create a recruitment plan for each open position. Develop & maintain pipelines of qualified and passive candidates. Utilize social media and other platforms for efficient sourcing. Conduct prescreening, screen meetings, and post‑screen reviews. Maintain applicant data in Workday and coordinate reference and background checks. Assist with campus recruitment activities within the United States. Lead or participate in additional projects as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of recruitment experience. Experience with Workday or a comparable ATS. Proven candidate sourcing and relationship‑building skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Knowledge of employment laws and practices. Strong interpersonal, coaching, and teamwork abilities. Can work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively. Flexible and resourceful, able to adapt to changing priorities. Travel Requirements 10% travel for recruitment meetings and campus recruiting activities. Working Conditions Work primarily in the North Andover, MA office: three days per week in‑office (Monday‑Wednesday) with two remote days (Thursday‑Friday). Duties include extended periods of desk work, computer use, typing, and occasional light lifting. Requires ability to read documents, use standard office equipment, and communicate clearly in meetings and phone calls.
