Job Description LIST OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Branch Manager- Claremore/Pryor Christy has been in the staffing industry since 2005 and joined the American StaffCorp team in Claremore in 2018 as a Staffing Professional. In 2023 she was promoted to Staffing Manager overseeing the operations in Claremore and Pryor, Oklahoma. Christy has a strong focus on the relationships between her clients and the candidates she works with. She is highly involved in the Claremore community and is passionate about helping people succeed and will go the extra mile for you.
- Make sure that all parts are cut correctly before drilling and coping.
- Make sure that all parts are labeled with the job number and the TIME
- Sign Traveler for what you are working on. (Laying out/coping/holes)
- Make sure that all parts are cut from the cut list to ensure that all parts are on the cart.
- If parts are missing, please let the saw operator know so the missing parts can be cut.
- Please keep letters together for each job. Example: All A parts with A, B parts with B, C parts with C, etc. If you need to separate them into different carts or pallets, please do so. This is going to make the welding process much easier.
- When job is ready for the welders stage them in front of the office. Make sure that they are organized with due dates that are the same. When staging fan guards please make sure that all the letters for the job are together. When pushing cart together please do not interlock them. Keep them side by side so it is easier to get out.
- Keep area clean and organized.
- Preform necessary maintenance on the saws to ensure they are working properly.
- Make sure the fan guard parts are together.
- Make sure angle, tee bar, and pipe are with the plasma parts if they are available.
- Saw Blades- Keep at least 3 blades of each size in stock. When you get to 3 left, we need to order more.
- To order saw blades please see Cheryl and let her know what sizes are needed to order.
