Key Responsibilities (Billing Specialist): * Own the monthly billing cycle for assigned attorneys from draft review through final submission. * Partner directly with legal professionals to refine invoices, ensure accuracy, and meet client requirements. * Oversee electronic billing submissions and maintain compliance with third-party platform standards. * Maintain and update client and matter records, including rates, billing structures, and special requirements.
