ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Representative for Mitch Hollier State Farm Agency, you'll be a face of our agency- building relationships, educating clients, and helping them select coverage that fits their needs and budget. You'll play a key role in growing our book of business through lead generation, consultative sales, and exceptional service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• actively contribute to a positive, energetic office culture
• educate customers on coverage options, discounts, and protection plans
• develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs
• present and sell auto, home, life, and other insurance products
• build and maintain relationships
• meet and exceed goals for production
• maintain strong follow-up and organizational skills through a CRM system
• participate in training and team coaching to improve skills and knowledge

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
