Key Responsibilities

As the Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations to establish effective treatment plans based on physician referrals.
• Implementing specialized therapeutic techniques tailored to each patient's needs, focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Providing ongoing assessments and modifying treatment approaches based on patient progress.
• Educating patients and their caregivers on exercises and at-home practices that enhance recovery.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans in compliance with company and legal standards.
• Engaging effectively in team meetings to discuss patient outcomes and share best practices.
• Upholding excellent customer service standards to create a welcoming atmosphere for all patients.
• Meeting performance metrics and business objectives within the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice caters to a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, pediatric patients, neurologic cases, and athletes requiring sports medicine interventions. You will work with each patient at their home, allowing you to provide tailored support in a familiar environment, which is crucial for their recovery journey.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with patients and their families.
• Proficient in word processing and other computer skills relevant to patient documentation and communication.
• A keen ability to develop strong, trusting relationships with patients, ensuring their goals are met and exceeded.
• A proactive desire to connect and positively influence the community.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, prior experience in settings focused on orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, or sports medicine physical therapy will be advantageous in this role. Familiarity with evidence-based treatment methodologies and a passion for continuous learning will set you apart.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package. Our benefits include:
