Deal Desk Analyst Everlaw is seeking a Deal Desk Analyst to join our Go‑To‑Market (GTM) Strategy & Operations team for a six‑month fixed‑term engagement during a high‑growth period. This role focuses on the Quote‑to‑Cash lifecycle and works across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to eliminate our quoting backlog, provide expert support for increasingly complex deal structures, and ensure packages are scalable, reliable, and compliant. Position type: Full‑time, non‑exempt, based in Oakland, California. Hybrid work schedule: in‑office Monday, Wednesday, Thursday; remote Tuesday, Friday. Engagement length: 6 months. Getting Started Onboarding includes informative sessions on our product, policies, processes, team structure, and goals. Responsibilities Manage end‑to‑end quoting for new business, renewals, and complex amendments using Salesforce CPQ. Own the Salesforce and Zendesk queues, triaging, and escalating all Q2C requests. Resolve tickets within defined SLAs to reduce wait times and maintain service standards. Partner cross‑functionally with Finance and Legal to navigate non‑standard terms and identify system inefficiencies. Assist in standardizing deal workflows and systemizing the escalation process within Salesforce to improve transparency. Ensure all deals adhere to established price books, discount thresholds, and Everlaw’s financial compliance standards. About You At least 5 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations, with hands‑on ownership of quoting for new business, renewals, and complex amendments. Advanced proficiency in Salesforce CPQ or a similar quoting tool; comfortable configuring products and bundles, applying price rules, and troubleshooting complex quote logic. Experienced in balancing short‑term sales velocity with long‑term revenue integrity, ensuring deals move quickly while adhering to pricing, discount, and compliance guardrails. Clear communicator who can articulate complex commercial concepts to diverse internal stakeholders, tailoring the message for Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and technical partners. Background in SaaS or Legal Tech environments and enjoyment working cross‑functionally with GTM teams to support scalable, reliable deal structures. Detail‑oriented and able to manage high volumes of requests in a fast‑paced environment, prioritizing effectively and maintaining high accuracy.
