You'll collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts, Product Managers, and Engineers to ensure our documentation keeps pace with product updates and meets a high bar for clarity and usability. This role suits a detail-oriented person who's comfortable managing multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Analyze feature changes and updates to determine whether new or updated documentation is neededEnsure new features and updates are properly described, documented, and ticketedManage the release process for documentation updates, coordinating timing across teams to ensure changes are published accurately and on schedulePartner with client-facing teams to collect, evaluate, and validate documentation bugs and update requests, ensuring they're accurately scoped and ready for assignmentEnsure documentation requests from internal and external sources (email, Slack, etc.) are logged and properly ticketedPrioritize and manage the documentation team's ticket backlog based on impact and urgencySupport team planning by helping create and manage tickets across epicsMonitor client usage statistics to identify opportunities for documentation improvementBuild and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to partner-facing teamsManage updates to AI-driven documentation, and use AI tools to test, validate, and improve documentation qualityTriage changes generated by AI-driven documentation toolsEvaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and automations that enhance operational effectiveness across the organizationMap, analyze, and redesign processes to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and ensure consistency across documentation workflowsPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related technical fieldExperience in technical documentation or business analysis within a tech or fintech environmentFamiliarity with API structures and software development processesStrong communication and collaboration skills, with experience managing projects across multiple teamsProficiency with tools like Slack, JIRA, Confluence, or similar platformsA problem-solver with strong attention to detail and an interest in applying AI tools to documentation workflowsWhy Join UsYou will be part of a team at the forefront of fintech innovation, in an environment that rewards proactive thinking and rewards new ideas.This role offers the chance to directly shape the documentation experience for users worldwide while growing your expertise in both technical writing and AI-assisted workflows.#businessanalyst #associate #fulltime #LI-MJ1 #APEX​Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the employee for this job.
