Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.08 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Tue: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Wed: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Thur: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to visitors, passengers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a public transportation location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns through proper channels when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols of terminals, public areas, parking facilities, roadways, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations according to site procedures. Support daily operations by documenting incidents, completing required reports, and communicating with site contacts, emergency personnel, and Allied Universal leadership as appropriate. Minimum Requirements Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
