Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth evaluations of patients, collecting detailed medical histories and performing necessary assessments to understand their physical conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results, patient preferences, and evidence-based practices.
• Implement and monitor therapeutic interventions, such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and the use of specialized equipment, to address a wide range of physical impairments.
• Educate patients and their families about the treatment plan, goals, and progress, ensuring they are engaged and informed throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive treatment approach, including consulting with physicians and other therapists as required.
• Document all patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress accurately in accordance with clinic policies and healthcare regulations.
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices through ongoing education and professional development opportunities offered by the clinic.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
