Travel Customer Service Representative

Job Full Description

**Must have a Valid Drivers License and your OWN Vehicle for this position!

**Must be able to pass a drug screen and a background check as well!

Storage Facility Customer Service (Toledo Area)

Compensation: $17/hr Hour bumped to $18/hr once hired on!: (4 days during the week) 8:30am-5:30pm & Every Saturday from 8:00am-1:00pm

5 DAY A WEEK WORK SCHEDULE

Be prepared to work 32-40 hours a week

Customer Service: Meet or exceed net rental goal each month by renting all available spaces Follow up on all internet, email or phone leads Ensure phones are answered in a professional manner Show a storage unit to every customer Provide greater than expected customer service Being polite and respectful, listening to customer's needs Escalate customer concerns as necessary, following up with the customer

Duties include: Rental Applications for the storage units Assist walk-ins/lot tours of different size of units (inside and outside) Manage and float between multiple locations (Must be willing to travel to multiple locations during the week (up to 2-3 locations a week - 1 LOCATION EACH DAY)
