Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our transportation and operations team. This role is responsible for scheduling deliveries, coordinating routes, maintaining documentation, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Schedule:

  • 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
  • Must be available to work weekends
  • Two weekdays off

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule deliveries and coordinate pickup/drop-off appointments
  • Communicate delivery updates to customers and internal teams
  • Prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, and logs
  • Track operational metrics and update databases
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve scheduling issues
  • Assist with reports, presentations, and administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous office or administrative experience required
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, graphs, and data management)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
