Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Vatica Counseling Center, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify and understand client needs and challenges.

• Creating, implementing, and continuously updating individualized treatment plans reflective of each client's progress and evolving needs.

• Diagnosing and treating various mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, adapting care plans based on observed changes in client status.

• Collaborating with clients' families, healthcare providers, insurers, and community resources to coordinate effective care.

• Providing family therapy and individual counseling sessions, focusing on building trust and rapport with clients to foster therapeutic outcomes.

• Identifying appropriate community resources and making referrals for supplementary services, such as support groups, treatment programs, or specialized care.

• Participating in multi-disciplinary team discussions to formulate and assess discharge plans for clients transitioning from acute care or crisis situations.

• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, standards, and ethical guidelines in mental health practice.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Vatica Counseling Center, we value our therapists and offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
