About the Position

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Locum Tenens Opportunity

Location: Arizona

Schedule: Full time day shifts, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Call is required including weekday beeper call and weekend and holiday call.

Setting: Hospital

Position Overview

• Provide anesthesia services for cases such as general surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, GI, orthopedics, urology, and ENT.
• Call includes off site beeper call with call back when needed.

Required Qualifications

• Current CRNA certification.
• Active and unrestricted CRNA license in Arizona.
• ACLS and PALS certifications.
• Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
• Availability for at least three weeks per month.

Credentialing and Onboarding Items

• Current CV with complete work history.
• Standard credentialing documents as requested during onboarding.
