Scheduling Manager

TRC Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading construction services organization to hire a Scheduling Manager . This role will support complex construction projects by developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules while partnering with project teams to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and update detailed construction schedules throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate schedule updates with Project Managers, Superintendents, contractors, and stakeholders. Create recovery schedules and what-if scenarios to support project decision-making. Track project progress and maintain schedule accuracy. Perform Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis and schedule performance evaluations. Analyze schedule impacts related to change orders, RFIs, weather delays, and other project events. Review contractor schedules and provide schedule risk assessments. Develop project status reports and communicate schedule risks to leadership. Conduct site visits to validate project progress and schedule performance. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to scheduling and project controls. Requirements High school diploma required. 5+ years of construction scheduling experience. Experience developing and maintaining CPM schedules for complex construction projects. Proficiency with Primavera P6 . Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work effectively with project teams and stakeholders. Ability to travel up to 50% within Texas. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting mission-critical, data center, or high-tech construction projects. Experience with time impact analysis, delay analysis, and recovery scheduling. Familiarity with MEP systems and single-line diagrams.
