Head of Business Development-Unison Asset Management

Unison Asset Management is a fundamentals-driven, long-only global equity manager. We manage a concentrated portfolio of high-quality businesses for a select group of institutions, family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and municipal pension funds. We are seeking an Institutional Business Development Executive who thrives in a relationship-driven, long-term focused environment. This person will lead our growth efforts among aligned, sophisticated capital partners who value transparency, patience, and fundamental investing. What you will do · Cultivate and grow relationships with institutions, OCIOs, Family Offices, HNW individuals, and municipal pension plans

• Communicate long-term, buy-and-hold investment approach with clarity and conviction
• Support onboarding and due diligence processes with institutional-quality execution
• Collaborate with the investment team to refine positioning, insights, and investor materials
• Attend conferences, summits, and investor events as a key ambassador of the firm.
• Organize and host events and touchpoints throughout the year to help us connect—and reconnect—with current clients and prospective partners.
• Maintain CRM and capital pipeline processes with diligence and transparency

What we are looking for · 5-10 years in institutional sales

• Strong network within institutions, OCIOs, Family Offices, and/or municipal/public fund channels
• Excellent communicator and relationship builder with a client-first mindset
