Head of Business Development-Unison Asset Management

Unison Asset Management is a fundamentals-driven, long-only global equity manager. We manage a concentrated portfolio of high-quality businesses for a select group of institutions, family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and municipal pension funds. We are seeking an Institutional Business Development Executive who thrives in a relationship-driven, long-term focused environment. This person will lead our growth efforts among aligned, sophisticated capital partners who value transparency, patience, and fundamental investing. What you will do Cultivate and grow relationships with institutions, OCIOs, Family Offices, HNW individuals, and municipal pension plans Communicate long-term, buy-and-hold investment approach with clarity and conviction Support onboarding and due diligence processes with institutional-quality execution Collaborate with the investment team to refine positioning, insights, and investor materials Attend conferences, summits, and investor events as a key ambassador of the firm. Organize and host events and touchpoints throughout the year to help us connect—and reconnect—with current clients and prospective partners.
